Power throughout San Diego county has failed. We’re waiting for power to be restored, but we don’t have a timetable for when it will come back. Until power is restored, there’s not much we can do.
Your patience is appreciated.
Update: Power was restored for us at 1:25 this morning, however the grid remains fragile, according to San Diego Gas & Electric. Honest Code will be making every attempt to conserve power throughout the day.

We apologize for the short notice, but Honest Code will be closed on Monday, May 16 because of a family emergency. We anticipate being back to work on Tuesday, May 17.
Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Aloha! Honest Code will be out of the office starting Monday, March 28 through Friday, April 8. I will be back at my desk on Monday, April 11 with a deep
tan burn and sand everywhere.
Part of taking a vacation is taking a break from all the electronic geegaws and jimcracks that have infiltrated their way into my life over the last several years, so I will be making a point to ignore emails and calls except for once a day. I’m not sure when that time of day will be yet.
For those interested, Mark Ritter (one of my best buddies) and I will be taking his astronomy clubsters to the Keck Telescopes at Mauna Kea on the big island of Hawaiâi. We’ve done this every other year for 10 years now — this will be our sixth trip. Honest Code was proud to sponsor two students this year.
If you have an emergency, please call us at (619) 800-0116 and leave a message. Mahalo!

Honest Code is moving just slightly northwest to Encinitas. While working out of my bedroom closet was fun for a little while, a home office with an actual view (within walking distance to
the beach Pannikin) was too much to pass up.
Starting February 22, our new mailbox address is:
140 Encinitas Blvd., #328
Encinitas, CA 92024
We will be closed February 21 both for Presidents’ Day, and because that’s the day we’re moving.
We’re still building the same hand-crafted, standards-compliant websites and WordPress themes with the quality you’ve come to know and love. I’ll still come visit, too! Honest Code is still ready, willing and able to meet with you anywhere in San Diego county. Just let us know, and we’ll be there with bells on. Honest!
Thanks for your continued custom!

I’m busy wrapping up the year, here, and wanted to let you know that Honest Code will be closed on December 25th and January 1st for Christmas and New Year’s Day (respectively). Also, looking ahead further in the new year, I’m planning a vacation (the first in about two years) starting March 28. I’ll be back at my desk April 11.
Also, if you’re a PadEdit fan, be sure to check back here (and here) Christmas Day for a special surprise.
Have a very merry and meaningful Christmas, everyone, and Honest Code wishes you nothing but joy and success in the new year.
